Member Relations Manager

You will manage recruitment and renewal for 140 mills and forest-products companies across Washington and Oregon on a four-person staff that has worked remotely since 2020. You report to Executive Director Signe Thorvaldsen and can be based anywhere in WA or OR.

• Own the annual renewal calendar for 140 member companies

• Recruit new mills and forest-products firms to membership

• Track member engagement and flag accounts at risk of non-renewal

• Coordinate onboarding calls for new members

• Support Signe Thorvaldsen with board reporting on membership trends

• Manage the member directory and update company records after each renewal cycle

• Represent the council at regional timber and manufacturing trade events

• 3+ years in membership or account management, ideally at a trade association

• Experience with member database or CRM software

• Comfort working on a fully remote, four-person team

• Strong follow-through on renewal calls and onboarding sequences

• Familiarity with forestry, manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
