Member Services Associate
Support 3,600 independent pharmacy members through a new dues-model pilot.
You will answer member calls and emails, process new memberships and support renewal outreach for 3,600 independent pharmacy owners and pharmacists, including members moving through a new dues-model pilot. You report to the Chief Membership Officer and work from the league's Raleigh office.

The league represents 3,600 independent pharmacy owners and pharmacists with a staff of 21 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Chief Membership Officer Noor Haddad-Ellison reversed a four-year membership decline between 2023 and 2025. The league is one of 12 associations piloting a new dues model under NANA's Dues Model Study.
What you'll do
Answer member phone and email inquiries about dues, benefits and renewals
Process new membership applications and welcome new pharmacists
Support renewal outreach calls during the annual dues cycle
Track member questions and outcomes related to the dues-model pilot
Update member records in the league's AMS
Assist with registration for league meetings and continuing-education programs
Route escalated billing or eligibility questions to the finance team
What you bring
2+ years in customer or member service, ideally at an association or nonprofit
Comfort explaining dues and billing changes to individual members
Strong phone manner and written communication
Familiarity with an AMS or CRM system
Attention to detail in updating member records
