Nonprofit Postal Rate Reform
NANA is pressing for a permanent nonprofit mail rate class ahead of the next Postal Regulatory Commission review.
Our position
Nonprofit mail rates should be set in statute, not left to annual commission discretion.
Any rate increase should phase in over three years for 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3) mailers.
