NANA's third annual benchmarking survey, fielded with Fieldstone Data Partners between October and December 2024, draws on responses from 720 member organizations — up from 690 in the 2024 edition. Median membership growth held at 2.1 percent for the second straight year, and median renewal held at 93 percent, also unchanged.

The report breaks both figures out by sector, staff size, and NANA's six chapter regions, and adds new sections on non-dues revenue, staff turnover, and strategic planning practices. It closes with guidance for reading your own organization's numbers against the size- and sector-banded benchmarks rather than the topline median, since a single national figure can obscure meaningful differences between a three-person co-op and a forty-staff federation.
